How do you price a job?
Flat rate, upfront. When you book, a TAK Plumbing tech comes out, diagnoses the problem, and gives you a flat price before any work starts. The quote shows up in your portal as line items, so you see exactly what you are paying for. No surprise upcharges and no metered hourly clock running while you watch.

What kinds of work do you do?
Drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, leak detection and repair, faucet and fixture installs, toilet repair and install, garbage disposals, sump pumps, repipes, and sewer line camera inspections. If it carries water, we probably handle it.

Do you take emergency call-outs?
Yes. Burst pipe, backed-up main, no hot water, water where it should not be. Book a service and flag it as urgent, or call and we will get a tech routed to you as soon as one is free.

How long does a job take?
It depends on the work. A drain clearing or faucet swap is usually an hour or two. A water heater replacement or a repipe takes longer. The tech gives you a time estimate once they have looked at it.

Will you give me a price before starting?
Always. The tech diagnoses the issue and quotes the flat price first. You approve it before any work happens, so there are no surprises when the invoice lands.

How do I pay?
