Plumber

Apprentice through journeyman welcome. Solid diagnostic sense, decent customer-service voice. Apprentices learn on the truck.

Estimator

  • · Base plus commission on the work you bid and close
  • · No cap, no quota
  • · Scope jobs on site, build the flat-rate quote
  • · Referral credit for any bid that closes
  • · Weekly pay on closed jobs

You scope and quote, the crew delivers. Know enough plumbing to size a job right and explain it plainly to a homeowner.
